New Workout Music Playlists!
It was time. Now that I'm back in the gym, I had to have new tunes. I've got a cardio playlist that's short and sweet... just 35 minutes total, including warmup & cooldown. And I also added a new weight lifting list that's just over an hour long and includes a couple cooldown songs.
Lifting - 1.1 hours
Cardio - 35 minutes
