Food of the Day in photos...


The cooler     

The cooler contents:
 

And now, the meals...

Breakfast - oatmeal (1/2 cup measured dry), 2 tbsp ground flax, 2 scoop protein powder, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon), with green tea, water and lots of vitamins & minerals
Breakfast - oatmeal, protein powder, ground flax & cinnamon with green tea 
Snack 1: 3 medium size strawberries, 1 small kiwi (skin included), 4 oz pork tenderloin

Lunch: 4 oz grilled chicken breast, half cup lentils, 2 cups steamed broccoli & cauliflower
lunch - 4 oz grilled chicken breast, half cup lentils and 2 cups broccoli and cauliflower 
Snack 2: 4 oz grilled chicken breast, 1.5 cups steamed green beans and salsa
snack 2 - 4 oz grilled chicken breast, salsa, green beans 
Dinner at the bowling alley: 5 oz grilled chicken breast, 2 cups sliced raw peppers, mustard, and my "free" cucumber in rice vinegar, pepper & sea-salt.

Not pictured... protein shake before bed (1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 tsp instant decaf coffee and 16 oz water).
