Food for Today - Right on track!
Post Workout - 1 Blueberry Protein Muffin.
Breakfast - 3 Zucchini Protein Muffin.
Snack: 3 oz chicken breast, peach
Lunch - 5 oz baked Swai with 1 cup steamed broccoli / cauliflower, 4 oz baked sweet potato.
Snack - 3 oz shredded pork tenderloin w/salsa and 1 cup steamed broccoli / cauliflower.
Dinner - 5 oz baked Swai, 1 cup steamed zucchini
Pre-bed Snack - Protein Ice Cream.
