Today's Food...

My morning began with HIIT cardio on the stairmaster. Got 'er done, and headed home for FOOD! Lol! Enjoyed 3 Zucchini Protein Muffins and a cup of coffee, then packed up and hit the office. Here's the rest of my food info for today...


Clean Eating Cooler - Chelle's food for today - Figure Competition Diet


Breakfast -  3 Zucchini Protein Muffin.
Snack: Protein shake w/1/4 cup raspberries
Lunch - 6 oz baked Swai with 1 cup
steamed asparagus, 2 oz mashed sweet potato.
Snack -  1 Chicken Loaf (see recipe page), 10 raw almonds
Dinner -  4 oz pork tenderloin (shredded with salsa), 1 cup
steamed green beans
Pre-bed Snack -
Protein Ice Cream.

7 weeks until show!

I'm feeling much better... haven't crashed the last couple days, and my food leaves me (for the most part) feeling satisfied. I'm not "starving", though I am still very hungry. The weekend was full, and fun, plus I managed to get everything done (whew!). I finished the laundry at 7 this morning, lol, but it's done and that's what counts. And... total oddity... my knees didn't hurt during my cardio this morning! HUH??? I'm a little freaked out, lol. It's... odd.


Moving on. I spent some quality time this weekend working on some very important projects. I'm excited! The downloadable recipe book is nearly done (yay!), and another HUGE project that's been looming over me is complete, and I started a couple new projects (ha, because I must always have 10 irons in the fire, lol). Seriously though, I'm very excited about where it's all going, and can't wait to be able to share it with you!
