Food for the day, right on track!

Started my day with 45 minutes of steady-state cardio. I'm multi-tasking since I can't do HIIT yet, lol, so I'm flipping through magazines (food porn!) for recipes for the Halloween party. And yes, there will be tweaking of the recipes, lol. NO ONE needs that much sugar! I get a lot of funny looks with my food magazines on the treadmill, but my heart-rate stays right where it's supposed to be (125-135 bpm), I'm sweatin' like crazy, and I'm getting other tasks done... I call it a win-win.

Quick food update before I get my nose back to the grindstone :-)

Breakfast: Oatmeal with protein powder, cinnamon, and 2 Tbs NuttZo and half a grapefruit
Snack 1: Chicken mini loaf and an apple
Lunch: Chicken mini loaf, steamed snow peas & tomatoes w/coconut oil, 1/2 cup Seeds of Change 7-Grain mix.
Snack 2: Protein Pudding & half cup blackberries
Then I have Tab's Muscle class (wooohoo!)
Dinner: not sure yet... probably another chicken loaf and steamed veggies. It's bowling night, so I've still got to work out the logistics of my schedule. 

Prior to dinner, here's my nutrition information. It's at 1300 calories. Add dinner and I'll be right around 1500. Right on track :-)
