2nd Leg Day of the Week...

After work, I'm headed back to the gym for my second Legs day of the week

Here's what's coming (supersets with little to no rest):

Alternate x 3:
Romanian Dead Lift (30 lb barbell) 15
Wide Leg Press (85-90 lbs) 15

Alternate x 3:
Leg Curl 8
Walking Lunges with Kickback 15 each leg

Alternate x 3:
Single leg lifts with resistance 12 each leg
Dumbbell Squats (15# dumbbells) 12

Calf Raises 8 x 15 (3 second squeeze at top)
