Calling all Figure Competitors! Help a Sista' out!

I'm desperate for recipes! Gotta have fun with the food, it's just a necessity. I've created the Glutamine Jello, the Tea-Jello, the amazing varieties of protein ice cream (I'm so very going to enjoy the chocolate peanut butter version tonight!), I know how to make a pudding out of a scoop of protein powder and a couple tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk... but I want MORE!

Here's the challenge... I'm dairy free, sugar free, artificial sweetener free, let's just say I'm sweetener free, can only have 1 serving of fruit daily (2 on heavy lifting days), bread free...  I'm sure you can look at my daily coolers and see exactly what I'm talking about... I only have two starchy carbs each day - one at breakfast (oatmeal) and one at lunch (either brown rice, quinoa, black beans, lentils, or baked sweet potato).

All the recipes I'm finding for "figure competitors" online include things like dairy and sweeteners. I've got a couple recipe ideas I'll be playing with this weekend, including a quinoa "rice" pudding and another for protein powder muffins...

Does anyone have recipes to share? Please???? Pretty please???
