The silly side of leaning out...

So I'm driving today. And I turn a corner. And I shift in my seat.

So what?

Well, I discovered one of the sillier aspects of leaning out and losing fat. Know where I've lost some fat? My tailbone. Why does this matter? It causes you to roll on your tailbone in your seat as you turn a corner in your car. This is a funky sensation, let me tell you. Like you're sitting on a ping pong ball, sort of.

I was short fat today in my cooler, speaking of fat. Somehow I missed a serving, probably because I packed my cooler at 9pm last night without the benefit of any carbs in the brain, lol. So, I ran out to Whole Foods (aka whole paycheck) and picked up a few things. Needless to say, my desk drawer no longer lacks for fat.
What you see is a bottle of toasted sesame oil (which I'm using today), 3 packets of almond butter (individual servings), 1 packet of Spry gum, 1 bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar tablets, a bag of raw almonds, bag of walnuts, and bag of raw macadamia nuts. Oh, and the latest issue of Living Without (one of my favorite Gluten Free publications - great recipes!) - what can I say, it just jumped in my basket!

So, now my day is nutritionally complete. Here's the goods...
Clean Eating Cooler - Chelle's food for today - Figure Competition Diet
Breakfast -  3 Zucchini Protein Muffin.
Snack: Protein shake w/1/4 cup raspberries
Lunch - 3 oz chicken breast with 1 cup steamed green beans with 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil and 1 oz mashed sweet potato.
Snack -  3 oz chicken breast, 12 raw almonds
Dinner -  3 oz chicken breast and 1 cup sliced raw pepper. I've also got a couple baby cucumbers just in case.
Pre-bed Snack - Protein Ice Cream.

Today's Numbers (click on the picture above to view all the info & meal pictures):
1371 calories
49% protein
21% carb
30% fat
28.8 g fiber

Dinner tonight will be at the bowling alley, which is why it's in my cooler :-)  After work, I rush to the gym to meet with Kara the Goddess of Sports Therapy Massage, then do my cardio, then clean up, then head to the bowling alley where I'll eat my dinner, cheer on the boys and hopefully be home before 9pm (dreams are free). Then I'll have my ice cream (or just a shake, depending on time) and crash. At some point, I'd like to see my children today, but it's not looking like that's in the cards.
