Champion Nutrition Recipe of the Week - Favorite High Protein Snack

This snack is so simple - it's quick, it's easy, and it's so tasty it's like a bowl of cheesecake! It's my favorite high-protein snack these days. I've tried it with several flavors of protein powder, and though the Banana Scream is still my favorite, I also love the vanilla, chocolate fudge, strawberry, and tropical sunrise flavors, too! The trick is to chill it for several hours before eating so that it can thicken properly. You'll find this yummy treat in my cooler most every day!

Champion Protein Yogurt 

8 oz plain 0% Greek Yogurt
1 scoop Champion Nutrition Pure Whey protein powder - any flavor

Mix the yogurt and protein powder. Stir slowly (or you'll end up in a cloud of protein powder - it's happened).
Cover bowl and refrigerate several hours (minimum 2).
